Infinity Marketing offers value additions such as “Warranty”, “Cash on Delivery” and” Delivery” at the discretion of Infinity Marketing and its partners in good faith. Specifics of such value additions are detailed in the FAQ section of the site. Infinity Marketing Reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions governing these value additions.

Web User Monitoring/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Chat History/Recording of Communications

Website Monitoring, and recording of your calls, emails, text messages, or other communications may take place when required in accordance with the law, and in particular for Infinity Marketing business purposes, such as for quality control and training, to prevent unauthorized use of Infinity Marketing telecommunication systems and to ensure effective systems operation and in order to prevent or detect crime.

— Product/Service Termination

Infinity Marketing may elect to suspend, vary or terminate the Services and the Sites at any time without prior notice for repair or maintenance work or in order to upgrade or update the Sites and the Services or for any other reason whatsoever.

Infinity Marketing may elect to terminate the Services or your access to the Sites forthwith on breach of any of these Terms and Conditions by you, including, without limitation, or if Infinity Marketing ceases to offer the Sites and the Services to its customers for any reason whatsoever.

— Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders can be carried out on our website.

• A full amount of payment is required on Pre-Orders
• Shipping of Pre-Orders is commonly between 7 - 30 days
• Delays can occur resulting from circumstances beyond our control
• Orders are considered final once the payment is received
• Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except for manufacture faults
• Making a full payment makes you bound by the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale

Pre -Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A credit card authorization will be processed upon placing your order. Infinity Marketing will notify you and arrange shipping of the products to your address upon the availability of the product. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt.

Note - Infinity Marketing will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, or acts of Nature*

Pre-Orders can take between 7 – 30 days to arrive in our ports and could be held for longer periods for Sri Lankan custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.

By paying all of the order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this website.

Note - Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances**

• All Pre-Orders are classified as custom orders and as such you will forfeit all or part of you money if you choose to cancel your order.

Pre-Order Process -

• At the time of purchase, you were aware the product was a pre-order, there was a wait on the product and you agreed to the terms set out on this Website.
• You have viewed the product in online and accept the specifications.
• You are aware of the total costs.
• The approximate lead times are between 7 -30 days*
• Delivery could be subject to additional costs depending on the product.

Pre-Order Policy Faq -

Are there any differences between "Pre-Ordered" products and "Buy Now" products?

• Absolutely not, they are identical in every way except "Buy Now" products are shipped within 2 days.

Can I cancel a Pre-Order?

• Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled due to the fact that we have already ordered the item from the manufacturer especially for you.

How long will the shipment take?

• Pre-ordered items are expected to be delivered 7-30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note with pre-ordering we are only able to advise of the expected arrival date into Sri Lanka. The date the goods arrive at our warehouse for dispatch to you, is dependent on many factors, such as the time taken to get the clearing customs, passing our quality control inspection etc. As a result, delays can occur.

— Pricing

The list price displayed for products on our website may or may not represent the latest price listed on the product itself. With respect to items sold through the Site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you have ordered. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If an item’s actual price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for further instructions, before delivery or cancellation of your order and notify you of such cancellation.

• Product prices will vary based on fluctuating exchange rates and government tax rates.

— Unavailability of Product / Product Out of Stock

Inventory of all products advertised on Infinity Marketing is not always in stock at the warehouses. If the customer has ordered an out-of-stock product by paying via payment gateway or bank transfer, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for the unavailability of a product is the refund of the money paid.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation e-mail”). The Order Confirmation e-mail or SMS is the acknowledgment that we have received your order and has been passed for processing and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product ordered. We only accept your offer, when we have confirmed the product is in stock and ready to be delivered.

We try our best to show accurate information to our customers when it comes to product prices and availability.

— Cancellation of an order

Once payment is made or after confirmation your order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been initiated the process of shipping them. Customers can login to their backend or visit https://im.lk/products/account.html and check the delivery status of the product. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions like Black Friday, New Year, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation of an order will happen when there are no stocks available on the respective products and customer care will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund or a replacement.

Your order could be cancelled due to the unavailability of the item, the wrong product being advertised, or the wrong price being advertised.

— Confirmation of an order

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming the item you've purchased.

— Warranty

Infinity Marketing provides a warranty period for all branded products. Products which is eligible for a warranty will be included on the product page. For products without warranties, no warranty details will be mentioned. Please contact us to check the warranty eligibility of the product before placing an order.

The coverage for hard usage and physical damages is generally not included in manufacturer's warranties. Regular usage, which can result in minor scuffs, color fading, or performance decline, is not considered a defect.

Note - Liquid damages are not covered under any kind of warranty**

— Digital Gift Card

A Digital Gift Card. After the purchase, you will receive an email with the Gift Card and instructions on how to use it. The card can be used as payment for any products we have.

Purchasing and redeeming Gift Cards as a customer - After purchase, the customer gets an email with a unique Gift Card code and instructions on how to use it. The email subject is “Your Gift Card is ready”. It’s automatically sent to the customer’s email address as soon as the order gets “Paid” status.

The card recipient can use the Gift Card to pay for any products in our store. To redeem it, you should enter the card code from the email into the field at checkout.

A Gift Card can be used in multiple orders until it’s fully redeemed. The card recipient can see the remaining balance if they click the "View Gift Card" button in the email or after they apply for a Gift Card at checkout.

If the order total is more than the Gift Card amount, The card recipient should pay the remaining amount using other payment methods in our website.

T & C Apply

• Customers can’t apply for more than one Gift Card per order.
• Discount coupons can't be used for a Gift Card purchase. If a card recipient applies a coupon code to an order, the discount applies to all the products in the order except the Gift Card.
• A Gift Card can’t be used to buy another Gift Card.
• Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Digital Gift Cards are tax-free.

Note – A Digital Gift Card valid only for 12 months*

Once a Digital Gift Card leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code. therefore, after an order has been sent, we cannot return or exchange it. Please be careful when selecting the card, you wish to buy.

All purchases made through the services are final.

Purchased Digital Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Digital Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion, either refund you the Digital Gift Card purchase amount or replace the defective Digital Gift Card with an alternative Digital Gift Card or with products or services of equal value for the same Digital Gift Card vendor.

— Product Descriptions/Images/Specifications

Infinity Marketing attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Infinity Marketing does not warrant that the product description or other content of any product/ service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product/ service offered by Infinity Marketing is not as described, you may immediately contact our customer support at contact@im.lk or call us on our hotline at +94 77 0077184, and Infinity Marketing at its’ discretion shall provide you with a replacement/ alternative product for the same value or provide you with a refund.
