— Delivery of Products
Orders delivered beyond Colombo 1-15 and selected suburbs will be delivered through a third-party courier company. Products must be thoroughly inspected before acceptance. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If you accept, we consider that the product was in good condition and returns/refund requests will not be accepted by Infinity Marketing. Delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days, however, times could vary depending on the courier partners. Further, Infinity Marketing cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier companies.
Same-day delivery option is available for selected products and selected locations
- Please ensure to check your ordered product for any physical damages prior to accepting the delivery.
- Infinity Marketing will not be liable for goods that are damaged in transit if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed and the goods are accepted.
- Please pick up products ordered under the ‘Store Pick Up’ option within 1 week from the specified product available date for pick up.
- Infinity Marketing will not bear responsibility for the condition of the products which are not collected within 1 week, and Infinity Marketing reserves the right to dispose of the product if not collected within one month.
- We do not ship outside Sri Lanka.
- Your order will be shipped to your door by standard surface courier. No other form of shipping is offered.
- It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including the tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper. The usual delivery time is between 5-7 days of dispatch.
- If the shipper provides Track & Trace functionality then this information will be e-mailed to you.
- If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information about their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time.
- We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. All major credit cards are accepted.

We accept Cash on Delivery for Colombo 1-15 and selected suburbs. T & C Apply
- Pay with cash upon delivery. This payment method is available only for customers within Colombo 1-15 and Suburbs. If your shipping address is not within Colombo 1-15 or Colombo Suburbs, please select a different payment method.
- COD (pay cash when the product is delivered to you)
Note - All orders are subject to confirmation from Infinity Marketing. A staff member will contact you to confirm the order (for payment verification). You cannot cancel the order or refuse to pay when the products are delivered to you after your confirmation**

- All the payments will be processed through the “PayHere” Internet Payment Gateway.
- If you wish to do transactions using a DEBIT CARD, please contact the issuing bank for necessary verification and configurations to do online transactions.
- All the transactions and payments through the “PayHere” Internet Payment Gateway will be charged 3% of the cart’s total amount as a Payment processing fee for the Payment Gateway.
Note - Accepting payments in foreign currencies will incur a 1.0% additional fee above the standard Payment Processing Fee. The amount will be converted to LKR at the bank exchange rate & get settled in LKR**
