Return Policy
— Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchased product. Change of mind does not apply as a return reason for the product. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for an exchange. The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please raise a return request on the website or by emailing us. Please explore below for more information on our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
Note - It is important to indicate the Order ID and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process*

Note - If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 3-7 days. Item will be sent to scrap after two (2) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given***

If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging Purchase an Invoice from Infinity Marketing, and mail your return to the following address:

Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our service team will get in touch with you to discuss further details.
Sending back an item, use a courier service of your choice. Item lost in transit are not eligible for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven 7days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange T & C Apply
Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs, handling fees and additional taxes).

— Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
A customer can ask for a refund if the specification of product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the website. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
Products & services under daily Promotional/weekly Promotional are limited-time and limited-stock promotions that once ordered and paid are non-refundable. The voucher issues when you purchase the product/ service must be utilized (redeemed) during the validity period of the voucher. Infinity Marketing is not liable for failure to redeem the voucher under any circumstances and cannot be refunded.
Refunds are only acceptable when the product is out of stock. All refunds are processed within 2-14 working days by Infinity Marketing (processing times are shown below). Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which Infinity Marketing cannot be held liable.
